Welcome to our welcoming community space in Morpeth. Whether you want to learn new skills in our hands-on workshops, unwind during a peaceful adult session, or simply enjoy some free style pottering, we have a slot for you. All sessions are completely free of charge.
Available garden sessions
Select the session that suits you best. We run structured morning and afternoon workshops as well as peaceful slots for mindful gardening. Request your slot online and our team will approve it and confirm your visit.
Wednesday workshops
Join our structured Wednesday morning or afternoon workshop to learn seasonal planting, compost care, and pruning techniques alongside fellow local gardeners.
Quiet sessions
Dedicated adult-only quiet hours designed for peaceful reflection, mindful weeding, or reading amidst nature without distractions or noise.
Free style pottering
Drop in during open morning or afternoon hours to potter at your own pace, tidy shared beds, water crops, or simply connect with nature.
Everything you need is ready on site
You do not need to bring heavy equipment. All spade, trowels, forks, and wheelbarrows are supplied on site. Simply wear comfortable outdoor clothes and bring your favourite gardening gloves if you prefer using your own.
Visitor guidelines and family access
Children are warmly welcomed to all general workshops and pottering sessions. To protect calm environments, quiet sessions are reserved exclusively for adults. Well-behaved dogs on leads are always welcome across our community plots.
How booking works
Because space and tools are shared, we manage visitor numbers carefully. Simply send your preferred date and whether you wish to book a morning or afternoon slot. Our team approves requests manually, and you will receive a direct email confirmation before you arrive.
